Adopted woman — adoption, marriage, moksha-desire, astrology-learning via Narayana Dasha (Gemini lagna, 1965)

• Chart pointers (PVNR):
• Gemini lagna. Narayana Dasha starts from the 7th house (Sagittarius) — more planets there (Venus 5L/12L, Mars 6L/11L) than in the lagna.
• Saturn = 9th lord in the 9th house (extremely strong) — Saturn is the karaka of adoption (the rejected/cast-aside; Dattaputra yoga).
• D-12: Sun afflicted (by 6L/8L Jupiter and Saturn); Moon in the 8th with Ketu = serious trouble in the parental sphere (both Sun=father and Moon=mother afflicted).

• Marriage: Married November 1987.
• Spirituality: Strong moksha-desire and astrology study from her early forties.
• Adoption: She was adopted as a young child (1969–70).

• Adoption — Aquarius antardasha (November 1969 – May 1970) within the Sagittarius Mahadasha. Aquarius carries Saturn's influence; Saturn is the 9L in the 9H (adoption as a karmic blessing/grace) and prominent in the period-entry chart. Confirmed.
• Marriage — November 1987, in the Libra antardasha (July 1987 – March 1988) within the Aries Mahadasha. Aries = the 11H (gains/fulfilment of desires, AL there). With ND running from the 7th house, the progressed lagna in the Aries dasha is Libra; from Libra the lagna lord Venus + 7th lord Mars sit together in the 3rd = self-and-spouse linked. In the Aries-dasha entry chart, Venus (via parivartana with Mercury) + Sun fall in the 7th = 5L (love) + 7L (relationships) in the 7th = a Raj Yoga for marriage. Confirmed.
• Moksha-desire peak — from November 2001 (Gemini Mahadasha): progressed lagna = Sagittarius; from it the 7th lord Mercury is in the 12th with Ketu = loss/overcoming of desire and a strong pull to moksha. Jupiter sitting in the lagna (Gemini) guards her existence and gives a dharmic blessing.
• Started learning astrology — Sagittarius antardasha (May – October 2004): in the period-entry chart, the 4th lord Ketu (learning) is exalted in Sagittarius in the 5th house (scholarship) = learning traditional knowledge through the guru-shishya parampara. Confirmed.

Adoption / parents

• Saturn (planet of the rejected) as 9L in 9H times the adoption as grace; the D-12 shows a basically afflicted parental sphere (Sun and Moon both afflicted), though PVNR notes the chart alone cannot distinguish "adopted" from "had parental problems."

Marriage, spirituality, learning

• Each chapter is fixed by the Narayana dasha sign (the area effort flows to) plus the progressed lagna and the period-entry chart for the antardasha.

• Narayana Dasha (Rasi/Sun-based) shows the ground reality of events, vs Vimshottari (Moon-based) which shows how one feels; use the overlap of both for confident timing.
• ND from the 7th house means the progressed lagna shifts each dasha; read the natal chart from that progressed lagna.
• The Dasha Pravesha Chakra (period-entry chart) pinpoints which antardasha carries the event — go to the antardasha of the sign holding a strong yoga in the entry chart.
• ND is accurate to within ~10 minutes of birth time (antardashas are months long); for finer timing add the annual TP and Vimshottari.
