Order: AK (soul), AmK (career), BK (siblings), MK (mother), PK (children), GK (disputes), DK (spouse) — ranked by descending degree. Sthira (fixed) Karakas for longevity/health: Mars = younger siblings + brother-in-law; Mercury = maternal relatives; Jupiter = paternal grandparents + husband (for women) + children; Venus = wife (for men) + father + mother-in-law; Moon+Mars = mother jointly; Sun+Venus = father jointly. Rule for dual significators: use the one that is EXTREMELY strong OR EXTREMELY afflicted — never use a mildly weak planet. 12 Navamsha sign trouble domains for Badaka lord placement: Gemini/Virgo = skin infections (Mercury sign); Scorpio = shortage of mother's milk (Moon debilitated); Sagittarius = fall from height or loss of position; Capricorn = spirit possession/psychic disorders; Cancer = watery diseases; Leo = trouble from large animals. - Gnatikaraka (GK) — disputes/competition
- Darakaraka (DK) — spouse

Sthira Karakas (Fixed Natural Significators for Longevity/Health)
Used primarily in health, death, and longevity analysis:

Effects of the 12 Navamsha Signs (Navamsa Lagna Effects)
When a particular Navamsha rises or a planet occupies it, these are the associated themes (especially for health/difficulty analysis using Paryaya Dasa):

Why Gemini AND Virgo both give skin/weight problems: Both are Mercury signs.
- Mercury afflicted by Rahu → skin peeling, rashes (jamar = skin peeling)
- Mercury afflicted by Ketu → overweight problems
Why Scorpio = shortage of mother's milk:
- Moon is debilitated in Scorpio
- Ketu (co-lord with Mars) afflicts Moon = Ketu eclipses Moon
- Also 8th house of natural Kalapurusha = Moon in Manakaraka Sthana
Fall from height (Sagittarius): Can be literal physical fall OR fall from political/social position. A king losing his throne and fleeing = Sagittarius Dasha running.

- Identify the Badaka lord in Rashi chart
- Find the Navamsha sign it occupies
- Use the sign's Navamsha theme to identify the TYPE of trouble
